Nestled on the edge of Old Town, Alter Topf offers a thoughtful blend of convenience and comfort, ideal for budget-conscious travelers. Upon arrival, we enjoyed the perk of free parking right behind the property, a rarity in many European cities. Our studio was impressively spacious and clean, featuring an equipped kitchen with essential cookware and an electric kettle, perfect for those who appreciate home-cooked meals. The cozy sitting area and efficient heating system provided a welcoming retreat after exploring the fascinating sights nearby, including the excellent Old Town market. The shower was particularly noteworthy-excellent pressure and temperature control made for a satisfying experience. A flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi were also available, ensuring we had entertainment and connectivity during our stay. One minor downside was the closure of the castle museum, but we still appreciated leisurely walks in the picturesque surroundings.
